As the lockdown wends its way into May, the weather is having a hard time remembering which season it is.
April's balmy days of high 20s and blue skies gave way to a livid monsoon and fiercesome hail storm today. I'm British, I talk about the weather.

It's far too late to still be up doing this, however being furloughed has given me no good reason NOT to sort out my website.
Double negative there.
It's also removed any reason to get up at a respectable hour, so working late is all pleasure and no guilt.
The underlying motivation for tackling this site is so I can publish my timely coronavirus wordsearch but more on the whys and whats shortly.
It will also give me a outlet for the occasional adventures of Ant Blue Pants - my gorgeous beardy 1978 Action Man - and for book reviews that I normally post on Good Reads. And maybe some fine tunes that catch my ear.
So it's a smorgasbord of tasty little morsels that shouldn't give anyone indigestion.

NT Live are screening BOTH versions of Danny Boyle's Frankenstein for one week.
After seeing it reviewed on BBC 2's The Late Review, back in 2011, we watched the live screening at the cinema and then managed to get tickets for the National Theatre.
